  1. Prepare 1 can biscuits
  2. Make ready 1 lb breakfast sausage
  3. Take 2 cups shredded cheese
  4. Prepare 6 eggs
  5. Prepare 2 1/2 cups gravy
  6. Make ready 2 1/2 cup milk
  7. Get to taste Salt & pepper

  1. Cut the biscuits into small pieces
  2. Whisk together 6 eggs, add 1/2 cup milk, add salt & pepper
  3. Brown sausage
  4. To make gravy, melt 1/4 Tbs butter, add 4 Tbs flour. Whisk together to make a rue, add salt and pepper. Cook until rue is light brown. Add 2 cups milk. Cook until gravy is desired consistency.
  5. Grease a 9 x 12 casserole pan
  6. Place the uncooked biscuits in the bottom of the caaserole pan
  7. Layer cooked sausage on biscuits
  8. Layer 1 cup shredded cheese
  9. Pour eggs in casserole pan
  10. Pour gravy in casserole pan
  11. Layer 1 cup shredded cheese
  12. Cook in 350° oven for 45 minutes
