Steps to make Lunch box for kids:
Heat tawa and make small dosa of different shapes. Apply ghee. Cook both sides.
Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Boil in water for 3 minutes with little salt. Strain the water and add corn flour, chilli powder, salt, rice flour mix well.
Deep fry the potatoes in oil.
In a pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil add tomato sauce and soya sauce after 20 seconds add fried potatoes and mix well. Saucy potatoes are ready.
Arrange prepared dosa, saucy potatoes, fruits and dry fruits. I have used mango as it is season.
