  5. Take 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
  6. Get 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  7. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Make ready 1/4 tsp garam masala
  9. Make ready 1 pinch baking soda
  10. Prepare to taste Salt
  11. Take as required Water ( to adjust the consistency)

  14. Prepare for Stuffing:
  15. Make ready as required Cooked instant noodles (dry)
  16. Prepare 2-3 medium sized boiled & mashed potatoes
  17. Take to taste Salt
  18. Prepare 1 tsp oregano & chilli flakes (optional)
  19. Make ready as required Grated cheese (optional)
Steps to make Noodles Potato Mirchi Pakoda:
  1. Take a bowl, add 1 cup gram flour, 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain), 1/4 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 pinch baking soda, salt to taste & 
water (accordingly). NOTE: batter shouldn’t be thin/ runny.
  2. Now take another bowl, add all the ingredients for the stuffing mix it well and keep it aside.
  3. Slit the chilli, add the prepared stuffing and add into the prepared batter mixture.
  4. Meanwhile the oil is heated, add the chilli. Fry until crispy and brown. NOTE: Fry at low medium heat.
  5. Serve it immediately with mint chutney and Chai. Enjoy during the rainy days! :)
