  1. Make ready 3 sheets Puff Pastry

  1. Preheat the oven 160°C, prepare the baking tray, brush margarine all over the tray, put aside.
  2. Mix the grated cheddar, parmesan cheese and chopped rosemary.
  3. Cut up puff pastry sheets long shaped.
  4. Coat the puff pastry with the cheese mixture one by one and twist them lightly.
  5. Arrange them on the baking tray and bake them for 5-10 mins. (be careful it burns quickly)
  6. When they turn golden, take them out and enjoy them with the loved ones.
