  5. Phir us mein kate hoe alu dal ke 5 min use bhoonen orr phirr pani add kar dein ek se derh cup or alu ko glaa kar us mein kati hoi sabaz shimla mirch add karein or 5 se 10 min low flame par dum de dein or phir tyaar hone par us ke upar garam masala thora or sabaz dhaniyaa chirk dein
