Get 4 chicken breasts
Make ready 1 tbsp oil
Make ready 150 grams gluten & wheat free flour
Prepare pinch salt and pepper
Take 1 tsp smoked paprika
Prepare extra oil, enough to shallow fry
Get honey, orange sauce*
Get 10 tbsp honey
Make ready 2 tsp soy sauce

Dice the chicken breasts into 2" pieces and place in a food bag.
Add the tbsp of oil to the food bag and shake to coat the chicken evenly.
Add the GF flour to a bowl and mix in the smoked paprika and salt and pepper.
Add the extra oil to a frying pan and allow to heat.
Add the GF flour mix to the food bag and shake well to coat the chicken evenly and put to one side.
Add the honey, soy sauce and juice of the oranges to a pan and bring to a boil.
Remove the coated chicken from the food bag, place in the hot oil and shallow fry turning occasionally until golden.
Once chicken is cooked evenly remove from frying pan and place on some kitchen towel to drain any excess oil.
Add the chicken to the sauce pan and allow to coat the chicken evenly.
Serve as desired. I serve with white or brown rice.
