Tear some crusty Italian bread into chunks and place it in a bowl. Pour the milk over the bread, toss it around, and allow it to soak in for several minutes. Tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and Italian seasonings flavor this ground beef meatloaf. Serve it with buttered pasta and green salad for an easy dinner.

Instructions to make Italian Meatloaf:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet, over low-medium heat. Add pepper, onion, and garlic.
  3. Saute until translucent, then remove from heat.
  4. Combine all other ingredients (hands work the best, just make sure their clean!) EXCEPT FOR THE MARINERA AND KETCHUP!
  5. Add cooled sauteed veggies
  6. Mix well!!
  7. Form into loaf on a baking pan, the one I used is a 11x17. With plenty of extra space
  8. Mix together both marinera sauce and ketchup, pour about half over top of loaf. Then place in oven to bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until center reaches 160°F.
