  1. Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot add mustard and asfoitida. Let mustard crackled. Now add turmeric.

  3. Add red chilli powder and salt. Mix it well and cover it. Cook it for 10 minutes on low flame. Open and check. It will be cooked but if you want you can cook for some more time. Add coriander leaves.
  4. Mix it well. Serve hot with Roti or Paratha.
