  16. Prepare 1 packet fish crackers

Steps to make Chicken Corn Soup with Croutons and Fish crackers:
  1. Boil chicken into water with salt and whole black pepper. Boil it for 1 hour with medium heat.
  2. When chicken pieces fully done and broth colour change into yellowish colour. Then take out chicken into a plate and grind chicken pieces.
  3. Now add sweet corns, black pepper powder, soya sauce and chill sauce and bring it boil.
  4. Now add corn flour (dissolve in water)slowly slowly and stir it continuously. Soup consistency should not be thick or watery. Cook it for another 2 minutes.
  5. Now add eggs slowly slowly and stir it well. After a minute close the stove.
  6. At the last add chicken pieces.
  7. Serve it hot.
  8. For croutons:
  9. Cut bread slices into 1" square pieces.
  10. Now deep fry them on medium heat till they become golden brown.
  11. Dish out on butter paper to absorb excess oil and immediately sprinkle oregano leaves. Serve it hot.
  12. Fry fish crackers and serve it hot too.
  13. Serve hot Soup with croutons, fish crackers, soya sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar (with green chillies init)
  14. Always use wooden spoon, because silver or steal spoon will make it watery.**
