Steps to make Instant Pav / buns….no yeast, no egg:
  1. In a bowl take maida, cornflour, salt, baking powder, sugar and oregano. Mix well.
  2. Add milk, oil and mayonnaise. Mix well to a thick smooth batter without any lumps.
  3. Preheat oven at 180* C for 10 min. Grease silicon muffin tray.
  4. Pour batter in each molds. Fill each mold upto half. Do not fill too much.
  5. Mix garlic, butter and oregano in a micro safe bowl. Micro it for 20 sec till the butter is melted. Topping is ready.
  6. Pour this topping on top of each batter in the muffin mould before baking.
  7. Place tray in the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 20 min on 180* C.
  8. Take out the tray from oven and wait for 1-2 min. Then take out warm pavs from the muffin tray and place in serving plate.
  9. Serve hot with bhaji.
