  4. Dahi me vegetables mix karein.
  5. Than suji mix karein.
  6. Than add all masale or ghol tayar kar le dose ke ghol ki tarh.
  7. Gas on karein tawa rakhein ghee lagayeinor ospar mixcher dale.
  8. Ghol ko set karein.
  9. Dono tarf se kurkura sek le deshi ghee lgaker.
  10. Uttapam tayar hai.
  11. Tomatoes or green dhaniye se sajaye or garama garam khilaye
