Making Powder - Wash the curry leaves and dry them completely. - Heat oil and temper with chana dal, urad dal, coriander, red chilli, pepper and cumin seeds.
Saute them till it is brown - Add the curry leaves to it - Saute till it is crisp and switch off the flame.
Cool down the mixture and transfer to mixer - Grind to smooth powder. - Store them in a container and use as required
Heat oil and temper with mustard, urad dal, chana dal, hing and cashews.
