  2. Drain and boil half of chana with salt and water.
  3. Fry boiled chana in oil for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer boiled and fried chana in a big mixing bowl.
  5. Add remaining soaked chana and chana dal in fried chana.
  6. Fry peanuts in hot oil.
  7. Add fried peanuts in mixed chana and mix well.
  8. For salsa cut all veggies finely..
  9. Add chilli powder and lemon juice.
  10. In a food processor add these veggies and run for few seconds.
  11. Salsa is ready.
  12. Add this salsa in chana mixture and mix well with spoon.
  13. Add chaat masala, salt and lemon juice.
  14. Mix all well and chana salsa chaat is ready.
