  3. When it's melted take the chocolate and butter off the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Add the sugar and stir together. Add the eggs and whisk together, then add the flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk together.
  4. Line a 9-inch baking pan. Add the batter and sprinkle a tablespoon of the sugar on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes, about halfway though reduce the heat to 160 degrees.
