Take 1 cup semolina/ suji
Prepare 2 tbsp carrot (grated)

Get to taste Red chilli powder
Prepare 1 pinch black pepper powder
Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
Prepare 2 tbsp desi ghee
Get 1 tbsp melted butter
Make ready 4 cup (or per required) water
Steps to make Semolina- Vegetables Upma:
In microwave safe bowl semolina roast for a minute without adding oil.
Heat the desi ghee in the non stick wok on medium flame.
Add mustard seeds, green chilli & curry leaves. Saute for 30 seconds.
On low flame add semolina, salt, red chilli powder, and add water according to need. Stir continuously & cook until thickened.
Add lemon juice.
Add butter to the upma after leaving ghee around inside the wok.
Switch off the gas.
Take a bowl put Vegetables like carrot, capsicum, paneer, tomato, coriander leaves, peanut, sprout moong. Mix well.
Add a pinch salt & a pinch black pepper. Mix together nicely. Mix 3/4 of Vegetables into the UPMA.
Take a plate and bowl. Greasing around the bowl nicely.
First layer put 1/4 of the Vegetables then put a layer of UPMA on it and press it nicely.
Removed the UPMA bowl in serving plate. Serve with coconut chutney. Enjoy.
