The ingredients needed to make Oil-free Dhokla:
  1. Make ready Oil-free dhokla
  2. Get 1 cup Suji/semolina -
  3. Take 1 cup Curd -
  4. Prepare ½ teaspoon Salt
  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon Green chilli and ginger paste -
  6. Take 1/2 cup Water - approx
  7. Get 1 teaspoon Eno fruit salt
Steps to make Oil-free Dhokla:
  1. 1.Mix suji, curd,water and salt.
  2. 2.Leave it for 15 min.
  3. 3.Grease a thali with oil in which you steam the dhokla. - 4.Add ginger and chilli paste.Now check the consistency of the batter.It should be of idli batter - like consistency. - 5.Boil water for steaming, add eno fruit salt just before steaming the batter. Mix well. - 6.Pour the batter into greased thali and steam it for 10-12 min.,cool it. - 7.Cut into square pieces and garnish it with coriander leaves. - 8.Your oil free Dhokla is ready.
