  15. Prepare 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  16. Prepare as needed Oil (for frying)
  17. Prepare 2 Green chilli sliced
Steps to make Potato-cauliflower chilli:
  1. Take a bowl, combine all purpose flour, 2 tablespoon corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce, red chilli powder, salt and 1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper and make thick batter of it.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan, dip cauliflower florets and potato wedges in the batter and deep fry them till it become golden brown.
  3. Now in another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add green chilli and chopped garlic cloves in it and cook it well.
  4. Add chopped onion in and cook till it becomes soft.
  5. Then add capsicum in it cook it for 5-7 minutes on high flame
  6. Now add salt, crushed pepper, 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce and tomato sauce in and cook it well.
  7. Meanwhile, take a cup of water add 1 tablespoon of corn flour in it and make slurry of it and add it to the above mixture and cook it well.
  8. Now switch off the flame and serve potato- cauliflower chilli.
