  2. Take 1 tsp turmeric

  8. Get 1 tsp red chilli flakes

  1. Peal the potato and slice it like french fries
  2. Boil them in water till its cooked and strain it nicely.
  3. Now marinate the slices by adding red chili powder,salt,turmeric,tandoori masala,amchur powder and keep aside for 20mins.
  4. In a pan add oil, add chopped green, then add those marinated slices and cook for sometime and keep stiring.
  5. Sprinkle oregano,red chilli flakes and coriander and stir.
  6. Serve with mayo or your favourite dips.
