Hello everybody, it’s Brad, welcome to our recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to prepare a special dish, chilli potato. One of my favorites. For mine, I will make it a little bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Chilli potato is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It is simple, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. Chilli potato is something which I have loved my entire life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have chilli potato using 12 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Chilli potato:
  1. Take 4 potatoes (sliced)
  2. Make ready as needed Spring onion
  3. Prepare 2 Garlic cloves
  4. Take 1 inch Ginger chopped
  5. Take 2 green chilli chopped
  6. Get 1 onion sliced
  7. Make ready to taste Tomato ketchup
  8. Get 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  10. Make ready 1/4 tsp Red chilli sauce
  11. Prepare as needed Corn flour
  12. Make ready to taste Salt
Instructions to make Chilli potato:
  1. Cut the potatoes in long slices and boil it in water. Also add salt in it. 1/2 teaspoon. Drain the potatoes. After cooling add 1/2 teaspoon cornflour and little AMT of salt and mix it well.
  2. Now deep fry till golden brown.
  3. In a pan (High flame) with 1 tablespoon oil add green chilli chopped, garlic chopped, adrak chopped, sliced onion and some spring onion. Add the fried potatoes in in this and add 1 tablespoon Soya sauce, vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon Red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup. At last add a little mix of water and cornflour. Toss for 2 mins.
  4. Garnish with spring onion. ENJOY!
