Prepare 3 medium sized potatoes

Instructions to make Chilli potato:
Firstly peel the skin of potatoes and chop them of thick pieces. Mix corn flour,salt & black pepper to thick pieces potatoes.
Deep frying potatoes into hot oil.
Heat the oil and add ginger, garlic,green chilli.Also saute onions and capsicum till they slightly shrink.add hot & sweet sauce,soy sauce,vinegar & salt to taste.
Finally serve crispy chilli potato hot along with fried rice.
