  1. Prepare 1/2 kg Potatoes
  2. Prepare 4 cups Water

  12. Take 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  13. Take 1 tsp chilli sauce
  14. Get 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp Ketchup
  16. Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  17. Prepare 1/4 cup Green onion (green part)
  18. Prepare 1 tbsp Honey
  19. Get 4 tbsp flour
  20. Prepare 4 tbsp Rice flour
  21. Take 1/4 tsp salt
  22. Get 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions to make Chilli potato:
  1. In a pan heat water, add potato sticks and fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Take it out and pet dry them. - -In a bowl add flour, rice flour, salt, pepper add potato sticks and coat them well the flour. - -Heat oil in a pan and fry potato sticks on medium flame for 4-5 minutes take them out and rest for 10 minutes then fry again on high flame until golden brown.
  2. Keep aside. - -In a pan heat oil, add ginger, garlic, green chilli and sesame, sauté for a minute. - -Add green onion, capsicum, salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, vinegar, chilli sauce, soy sauce, ketchup and mix well. - -Add water & cook for 2 minutes. - -Add green onion and fried potato sticks and toss well. - -Add honey and mix it well. - -Sprinkle some sesame seeds and green onion. - -Serve hot.
