Steps to make Chilli Potato:
Peel the potato and cut like a fries,add corn flour…
Salt and black pepper and mix well
Heat the oil add potato,fry til golden
Now add 4tbsp oil in a pan,add garlic fry for 1 sec,add green chilli,fry for 1 sec.
Now add onion,let it transparent.
Now add ketchup,chilli sauce,soya sauce,sriracha sauce,lemon juice,salt, talhar mirch powder, and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp water,Cook for 2 mins,then add sesame seeds and corn flour,mix well.
Now add fry potato,mix nicley.and sprinkel coriander leaves.
