  1. In a bowl… Wash the chicken with either vinegar or lemon juice and water… Drain the water and dry the chicken parts
  2. Mix all the spices in plus the honey well…and also mix with oil kidogo. Then cover with a cling film and marinate it in the refrigerator for about 1hour
  3. After one hour…pre-heat the oven for 10minutes at 180degress.Apply oil on the tray and arrange the chicken ready for baking
  4. Bake the chicken for 1hour at 180 degrees with heat coming from both up and down…serve hot with either Fries or roasted potatoes 😜
