- In separate bowl, mix milk, mayonnaise, & egg yolk. Then add enough gluten-free buscuit mix to get to not quite buscuit dough consistency.
- Spread half the dough in baking dish. Pour the chicken mixture over that. Then spread rest of dough over chicken. Spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
