The ingredients needed to make Shrimp and Tofu Stir-Fry:
  1. Make ready Large bag of medium shrimp, peeled and no tails
  2. Take Sweet onion, diced
  3. Get Zucchini, diced
  4. Make ready green onions, chopped
  5. Prepare Baby portobella mushrooms, roughly chopped
  6. Take diced garlic

  8. Get Sesame seeds
  9. Take olive oil, extra virgin for sauteing
  10. Prepare mini corns, drained and rinsed
  11. Make ready bean sprouts or 1/3 cup fresh bean sprouts
  12. Take Super firm Tofu, cubed (bought mine cubed already)
  13. Take Bottle of Orange Sauce, any brand will do
  14. Make ready Teriyaki sauce
  15. Get low sodium soy sauce
  16. Get water chestnuts, drained and rinsed
  17. Take Broccoli slaw
Instructions to make Shrimp and Tofu Stir-Fry:
  1. In a large pot, over medium-high heat, add olive oil and let heat. Then add your onion, garlic, zucchini, and mushrooms. Saute until tender-crisp.
  2. Add your broccoli slaw, Sesame seeds, soy sauce, Teriyaki sauce, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, and Tofu. Let the slaw become tender.
  3. When the ingredients are nice and soft; add shrimp. Be sure to mix the shrimp together so it can cook evenly! Let cook until almost all the way pink. Then add the Orange sauce!
  4. Let simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat! Serve with your choice of side! We had ours with rice!
  5. Enjoy!!
