Instructions to make Spinach Banana Muffins:
Preheat ur oven at 180° for 10 mins.
In a mixing bowl take bananas and curd/yogurt and icing sugar and beat it.
Then add spinach puree and blend well till smooth texture.
Then add oil mix it well. - Sift maida, suji, baking powder & soda into it.
Beat it with beater or mix it by cut and fold method by adding milk. (Ck the consistency)
Pour batter into muffin moulds and sprinkle chopped nuts over it and bake it at 180° for 15-20 mins.
When done do ck it by inserting toothpick. - Keep it on wirewreck for 10 mins. - Decorate as per ur choice
