I don't usually like pork or pineapple but I can't get enough of this recipe. Goes well with rice and green vegetables. Never again wil I buy a jar of sweet n sour. this was so easy and delicious. Chinkiang vinegar makes this version of sweet and sour pork less sweet and less sour than the Chinese-American classic.
