  16. Take 2 tbsp Ghee
  17. Take 1 tsp Dry mango powder -
  18. Get 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  19. Prepare 4 tbsp Fresh coriander -
Instructions to make Veg Soya Keema Recipe:
  1. Take a soya chunks and add 2 cup warm water and soak 15 min. After 15 min squeeze out water.
  2. Now add grind. Cut onion, Ginger, garlic and chilli & cut tomato and make paste.
  3. Heat a pen and add oil & ghee. Now add garam masale,jeera and fry few seconds. Now add ginger, garlic and chilli and fry 1 min.
  4. After 1 min now add onion and fry till light golden colour.
  5. Add salt and all dry masala & mix well and add tomato paste.
  6. And ½ cup water and fry 3 to 4 min. Now add kasuri meethi and soya chunks.
  7. Mix well and fry 4 to 5 min. Now add coriander and serve.
