Instructions to make Baked doughnuts:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Coat doughnut pan with cooking spray or butter. Below is the pan
  2. Place the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder for all purpose flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the eggs, butter, milk and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir until smooth.
  4. Place the batter in a piping bag or freezer bag. Snip off the tip of the bag with scissors. Pipe the batter into the wells of the pan. Reserve the remaining batter for the second batch.
  5. Bake the donuts for 30 minutes. Let the doughnuts rest for 3 minutes, then remove them from the pan and place on a cooling rack.
  6. Wipe the pan with a paper towel and coat with cooking spray. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  7. Let all of the donuts cool completely.
  8. Place the cream for the frosting on a small pan and heat it up and add the chocolate. Whisk together until the chocolate melts and set it aside in a bowl
  9. Dip each doughnut into the frosting then top with sprinkles.
